Message	an apparently healthy person, with a handicapped tag hanging on their rearview get out and "trot" to the establishment. I'm like save the spot for someone who really needs it. I also cant stand when I go into a store come out 15- 20 minutes later to see someone still sitting in there car with the windows up and the motor running on a 75 degree day. Roll the windows down and turn off the motor, Stop the waste and pollution. I also hate it when I see some one through trash on the ground when they are walking past or with in a few feet of a trash can. Augh..... don't get me started.
